About Davies Kelly

Davies Kelly is a Dubai firm of construction experts, founded in 2020 by Michael Roos and Jamie Shafto, a quantum expert and a delay expert. We give independent expert evidence in construction and engineering disputes and advise on claims before and during a dispute. We have been appointed as independent experts and advisers by international law firms, contractors and developers, in matters from mediation to international arbitration.

Why a small firm

The expert does the work. The person named in the report is the person who analysed the records.

Built on site experience. Our experts started as a labourer, a planner, an engineer and an apprentice quantity surveyor. They value and analyse claims the way projects are actually built.
