Who we are

This website is run by Davies Kelly, 48 Burj Gate Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown, PO Box 116171, Dubai, UAE (“Davies Kelly”, “we”). For privacy questions, email michael.roos@davieskelly.com.

What we collect and why

Enquiries. When you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number (if given) and what you tell us about the matter, including the names of the parties. We use this to reply to you and to check for conflicts of interest before we can act. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in managing conflicts.

Website use. We do not run analytics on this website. Our host, GitHub Pages, processes technical data such as IP addresses in its server logs to deliver and secure the site.

Fonts. Our fonts are served from our own website, so no font provider receives your data.

Who we share it with

The contact form opens your own email app, so your enquiry travels through your email provider and ours (Microsoft 365). Our website host is GitHub, Inc. (USA). We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the UAE, including in the USA.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted once they are no longer needed. Records of conflict checks are kept so that we can show our checks were made.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can object to our use of it, under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies to you, the UK or EU GDPR.
